Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our shipping fees are based on the weight and destination of your order, and they will be calculated at checkout. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note we do not ship internationally at the moment.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, and we understand that sometimes, you may need to return or exchange an item. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened perfume bottles. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to replace it for you.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. Please note that shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
