    Please allow 1-3 business days after you receive confirmation that we have received your order.

  • My order arrived damaged. Can you offer compensation?
    We always ensure that we pack our orders in a safe manner and provide instructions to our courier partners to handle them with care. However, if it still arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team.
  • I have skin allergies and other allergies. Can I still use your product?
    If you have sensitive skin and are allergic to any of the ingredients we have listed on our ingredient list, we recommend not using our products.
  • How do I use your product for best results?
    The best places to apply perfume are on the wrist and neckline pulse points.
  • Do you offer sample sizes or discovery sets of your products?
    Unfortunately not at this time.

    We always ensure that the ingredients are ethically sourced and not tested on animals.
  • Do you use animal-sourced ingredients?
    Absolutely not. We use only plant-based, natural-derived or synthetic ingredients.
  • How do I store my perfume to maintain its quality after opening?
    Please store your perfumes in a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight. Please also use within 12 months of opening.
  • How long does your perfume last on the skin?
    For eau de parfum, the aroma lingers for up to 6 hours.
